Customer Mail Order Refund Policies

Once you place an order for Mail Order each user has the right to Cancel.  All orders must be cancelled on the day of purchase & before our cut off time of 3pm (EST).  If the e-transfer has already been sent, Dank Delivery will issue you a store credit.  Dank Delivery does not resend e-transfers.  Refunds are store credit only.
